1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your relationship with DW Global Management, LLC (“DW Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

DW Global provides management, consulting, and operational support services to clients across various industries. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual contracts or proposals. These Terms apply to all interactions, regardless of the method of engagement (online, email, phone, or in-person).

3. Payment Terms

• All invoices are due as stated on the invoice unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or other approved methods.

• Late payments may incur interest or service charges as permitted by law.

• Any unpaid balance may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests are governed by DW Global’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at www.dwglobamgmt.com/refund-policy.

5. Confidentiality

DW Global upholds strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business data, and communications. We will not disclose, share, or sell client information without explicit written consent, except as required by law or contractual necessity.

Clients are equally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary materials, reports, and strategies provided by DW Global.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables produced by DW Global — including but not limited to documents, reports, designs, media, and digital assets — remain the property of DW Global unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their intended business purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform services.

• Cooperate with DW Global staff and adhere to agreed timelines.

• Refrain from using DW Global’s name, brand, or likeness without written consent.

• Ensure any content or materials provided to DW Global do not infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

DW Global shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

DW Global makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, results, or suitability of any service beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms:

• Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.

• Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

10. Compliance with Laws

Both DW Global and its clients agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those governing data protection, consumer rights, and professional conduct within the State of Florida.

11. Force Majeure

DW Global is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government actions, or internet disruptions.

12. Policy Modifications

DW Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action will be filed and conducted within the jurisdiction of Orange County, Florida.
