Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At DW Global, we believe in fairness, transparency, and building trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which we accept returns, issue refunds, or allow cancellation of services or contracts. By engaging with DW Global Management, LLC (“DW Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Applicability

This Policy applies to:

  • Goods or products sold by DW Global (if applicable)

  • Services, subscriptions, or consulting agreements facilitated by DW Global

  • Deposits or payments made toward future deliverables or projects

If any applicable local, state, or federal law provides greater consumer protections than those in this Policy, those laws will prevail.

3. Florida Law Requirements

  • Under Florida Statutes § 501.142, a business that does not offer refunds or exchanges must post a clear notice at the point of sale.

  • If no such notice is posted, consumers may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided goods are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Contracts or service agreements entered into off-site or through solicitation may include a three (3) day “cooling-off” period allowing cancellation without penalty.

DW Global complies fully with all state consumer protection laws and exceeds the minimum standards required.

4. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

4.1 Goods / Products

If DW Global sells tangible goods:

  • Refunds must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

  • A reasonable restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of handling or damage.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of receipt and inspection.

4.2 Services, Contracts & Subscriptions

For service-based agreements:

  • You may cancel a contract within three (3) business days of signing if work has not yet begun.

  • Refunds for prepaid services are prorated to reflect work already completed.

  • Written cancellation requests must be sent via email or postal mail to DW Global.

  • Refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval.

  • Promotional or solicited service agreements may include a seven (7) day cancellation window under applicable consumer laws.

5. Non-Refundable & Excluded Items

The following items and payments are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom or personalized deliverables

  • Digital content or software once delivered

  • Services fully rendered before cancellation

  • Deposits, administrative, or processing fees

  • Shipping or handling costs unless due to company error

6. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return request:

  1. Submit your request in writing to dylan.harris@dwglobalfl.com, including your full name, order or contract number, date of purchase, and reason for refund.

  2. If returning a product, await instructions before shipping.

  3. Ship items using a trackable carrier. You assume responsibility until the item is received by DW Global.

  4. Once reviewed, DW Global will notify you of approval or denial.

  5. Approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) business days via the original payment method.

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless an alternative (e.g., store credit) is mutually agreed upon.

8. Timing & Late Refunds

If you have not received your refund within thirty (30) days after approval, please contact us to verify payment details and status.

9. Policy Revisions

DW Global reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
